INSTRUCTIONS
Supply one workshop bone for each unique implant you want displayed as a ClearCast Bone. You only have to do this one time with each implant. The workshop bones will be used as patterns to produce molds. Simply perform a surgery on a set of workshop bones and affix the implants. Do not put tibial inserts‚ acetabular inserts or femoral heads in place after completing the workshop bones‚ leave them separate. Please remember the molds will only work for the original implant sizes you supplied on the workshop bones.
HIPS:
With each order, please supply a hip stem, acetabular cup, acetabular insert (liner), and femoral head. Do not insert the acetabular insert into the cup, we'll do that after the ClearCast Bone in polished. Please supply hip stems with distal diameters in the range of 9mm to 13mm. The material used to produce the ClearCast Bone tends to magnify stems in the intramedulary canal.
Note: One acetabular mold will work for several Acetabular Shells that have the same I.D. snap features and/or use the same inserts.

KNEES:
It's ok to completely separate the tibia and femur when doing the workshop bone. With each order, please supply a femur, tibial baseplate, tibial insert, and patella. Do not insert a tibia insert into the baseplate, we will do that after the ClearCast Bone is polished. For revision knees that you want to display stems in, please keep the stem diameters in the range of 9mm to 13mm. The material used to produce the ClearCast Bone tends to magnify stems in the intramendulary canal.
Note: One tibia mold will work for several Tibial Baseplates that have the same tray features (snap features) and/or use the same inserts.

SHOULDERS:
With each order‚ please supply a humeral stem‚ glenoid and humeral head. Leave the humeral head separate from the stem. Please supply humeral stems with distal diameters in the range of 7mm to 10mm. The material used to produce the ClearCast Bone tends to magnify stems the canal.
